Billing Services

PKM Electric Cooperative, Inc. offers two different options for your billing needs along with regular billing. We understand that different situations arise that need special attention and these services were created to make your electric service convenient.

 

Budget Billing
If you would like to pay the same amount each month (level payments) the cooperative offers budget billing. The program runs from June to June each year. The program is simple. Starting in June 4the member would start paying a level amount each month and continue to report the meter readings. A credit would be built during the summer and fall to be used up during the winter months. The bill would then be balanced out the following June. The following years payment would be adjusted if necessary. A great service for your budget, let us know if this is a billing option you would like to have.

 

Vacation Billing
If you plan to be gone during the winter months or any other time of the year, let PKM know and we will compute a vacation bill. The usage will be estimated during your absence and then computed. This bill can be paid in advance or sent in monthly from your vacation spot.
